Yvonne De Carlo (1922-2007) was an actress from Canada. Canadian born American actress. In her six decade career films, her appearances were most prominent during the 50s. She played her most famous roles in films including Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna as the wife of Moses (Charlton Heston) in The Ten Commandments and Amantha in Band of Angels starring Clark Gable. De Carlo was offered the part as Lily Munster in the CBS TV show The Munsters, alongside Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis.
